However, if you hire somebody from English-literate outsourcing-capital countries like the Philippines or India, your expense will be slimmer. This is because a dollar converts more to the local currencies of the said countries.

You do not need to worry about the quality of articles because there are lots of good, Internet-savvy Filipino and Indian writers. The competitiveness of such nationalities in English language is well noted by the rise of call center industries of the corresponding countries servicing both America and Europe.
