So for your links to count more, the link must be coming from a web page with similar topics that you write about on your web site. The last thing when it comes to the basics of SEO that we think that you should know about is keywords. The keywords of a web site are very important. It's how the search engines decide what the topic of your web site is. So to make sure that your web site is getting the visitors that you want it to you must have the proper keywords applied.
