Creating the perfect SEO campaign with article marketing

If you have ever had to deal with getting a new web site noticed, then you know that it can be a pretty expensive proposition. You have to purchase ads for the site and go to a lot of places that are in the same genre and get people there to notice you as well. But there is a cheaper way to get people to your web site than just placing ads all over the place. You can use a technique that is known as SEO which stands for Search Engine Optimization. This is a technique where you get the search engines to notice your site through different means. Most people will find a new web site by typing a search term in the search engine. By dedicating your web site to SEO, you can make sure that your web site is the one that is found when the keyword that you focus on is typed in. There are several ways that you can commit your site to SEO, one of these ways is by article marketing.

What is Article Marketing?

Article marketing is a weird term if you have never heard of it before. Hopefully we can show you an example to explain to you what it means. The first thing that you do is to either write an article about the main topic of your web site or you have someone else do it for you. After that is done, you go on the internet and find a web site that you can post the article to. Make sure that the article or the place that you posted it too has a back link to your web site. In the search engines eyes, this will count as a link from a different source to your web site. And it is about the same topic that your web site is about so that makes it that much better. This is the main purpose of article marketing. It allows you to create back links to your web site from relevant sources. There is nothing in the world that the Google search engine loves to see more than back links to a web site from a relevant source.

What makes Article Marketing so good for SEO purposes?

As we said in the earlier paragraph, there is nothing in the world that a search engine loves more than seeing a back link to your site from relevant sources. It is hard to get links in general from other web sites so you must be creative in how you receive them. Back linking through article marketing is a great way to do this. It allows you to control the content that is pointing to you. Sometimes when you receive a link from another web site, it is about nothing that is relevant to your site. This means that you will get less credit from Google and you will not move up in their search engine indexes. With article marketing, you control the content. And you can control how many articles that are posted are pointing to you. If you want ten back links then you can write ten articles. If you want one hundred then you can write or pay for one hundred articles over time. Whatever gets your site noticed and raised up in the search engines is worth it.

Creating an article marketing campaign will help you a lot in the long run.
