Effective Web Design Software

There are a lot of things that a web design should accommodate. Functionality, accessibility, and appearance are but among the several things that a web designer should keep in mind. Gladly, there are helpful and effective web design software out in the market that could make web designing an easier task to do.

The free ones include ColorPic provided by Iconico, TopStyle Lite from BradSoft, Accessibility Toolbox from Accessify.com, Nvu 1.0 available at http://www. nvu.com/index.php, and the WordPress 2.0 from http://wordpress.org . ColorPic is a web design software that is perfect with making designs with pictures and images because it provides zoom tools that let you work with the nitty-gritty of the pictures and reach up to the level of the pixel. It is a image editing tool that provides more functionality for free.

The TopStyle Lite, created by Nick Bradbury, is a Cascading Style Sheet editor which is easy to use. It has the advantage of prompt verification of property support, easy management of sheets, equipped with a powerful style inspector that lets you create rules line by line, and changes seen immediately.

The dilemma of combining design and accessibility will be made easy through the use of Accessibility Toolbox, created by Ian Lloyd. It has the accessible form element builder and the accessible pop-up builder that makes your web design have accessibility features, too.

Nvu1.0 is a free and basic web design software for Windows, Mac, and Linux. Its compatibility with other operating systems makes it a perfect design software and the most available for different users. However, it doesn't provide much for help features for beginners but is addressed through forums available for the software. This software still requires a paid hosting service for you to be able to post your web in the internet.

WordPress 2.0 is a blogging software that provides features that most blogging sites don't offer such as customizability through plug-ins and template editors. It can be used with most blogging services or with WordPress servers. Technical support for this software is also limited but a forum, like in Nvu1.0 is provided.

These are only some of the free software for web design that are provided in the internet. You can avail of them through a search bar at any search engine. However, there are versions of these software that may cost a little more but would provide more features that let you create a better web design.
