You are not allowed to change or modify any part of the Website unless you have submitted something and it needs to be altered. Other than that you cannot alter any of our Websites design, its logo, images, etc. that has not been contributed as content by you.

AffiliateSeeking owns all the content and material on the AffiliateSeeking Website. If it is not stated or mentioned anywhere that you are allowed to use any of the content on our site, then don't use it, as it is not allowed. This also includes the sites images, logo, the templates, etc.
Age Restrictions
By using the AffiliateSeeking website and any of its services you affirm that you are 18 years or older, or have legal parental or guardian consent if you are between 14 years and 18 years old. If in any case you are under 14 years of age, then please do not use the AffiliateSeeking Website.
User Submissions
By submitting any content to the AffiliateSeeking Website including things like articles, forum posts, etc, you:
1. Agree that the content is owned, written or produced by yourself and you are the rightful owner of it or the content is in the public domain. If there is any content on our site, which has been submitted by someone who is not the rightful owner of the work or it is not considered to be in the public domain, and then the rightful owner comes forward and asks us to take it down, we will take it down for him or her. We take copyright infringement very seriously.
Online Purchases and the Affiliate Programs listed
We are not reliable for any fraud that may take place from using our forums or any other part of our site. If you buy, sell or trade in our forums marketplace and you don't recieve your money or your product or service, then we will not be held responsible and will not refund you for any money that you may have lost from this.
By using the affiliate programs and other stuff listed on AffiliateSeeking, we will not be held responsible if the affiliate program doesn't pay you. Although we do check every program before we approve them into the site, there is always a small risk that the affiliate program may be trustworthy at first and then suddenly stops paying their affiliates. Although we do check for bad affiliate programs all the time, if we find that they are not paying or doing something else that we feel is not quite right, we will then remove the affiliate program from the AffiliateSeeking site.
User Safety
When using any part of our site, we strongly advice you not to reveal any of your personal information about yourself or anyone else. This personal information could be anything like "telephone numbers, home addresses, etc." The AffiliateSeeking Website is seen by thousands of different public users on a daily basis.
Disclaimer
You agree that using the AffiliateSeeking Website is at your own risk. AffiliateSeeking and all its directors, employees, agents, etc. disclaim all warranties in connection with using the AffiliateSeeking Website. AffiliateSeeking and all its directors, employees, agents, etc. also will not be held responsible for any damages that arise from Spyware, Trojans, Viruses and other damaging software that is transmitted through our website.
General
You agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the whole of AffiliateSeeking including its employees, agents, directors, etc. from and against all claims, losses, costs or debt, expenses, liabilities, obligations, damages, which arise from using or accessing the AffiliateSeeking Website, violating any of the Terms and Conditions.
The United Kingdom will govern this agreement.
