Focus on look and feel aspect

Some websites have great usability features but lack in impressive looks and eventually such

website fail to entice the new audience.In such instances the chances are that the intended

audience might appreciate the usability aspects but given a chance they are most likely to

switch to other sites which entice audience.

Yes I agree with you .I do believe that a website must have a good content and useful features to its audience.But it is better to have a great website design together with a good content !

I am also agree with this..even i suggested yesterday to someone that it is really very important. visitor should at least stay at your website and that will be done only if your website is impressive.. it is like a company looks from outside..if it is good then only people like to go inside...
