Different colors are giving you different effects like warm colors and cool colors. In warm colors is base on yellows, oranges, browns, yellow-greens, and orange-reds, where cool colors is base on blues, greens, pinks, purples, blue-greens, magentas, and blue-reds.

I am completely agree with you Color and design does a matter which easily attract the people and also giving the more effect to increasing more traffic.
