I use homestead for my hosting and it comes with a complete website builder. It's basically all drag an drop. Type and stick it anywhere on the page you want. Same with images, banners etc. Then one click to publish the page to the web. Easy as pie for an old fart like me who knows nothing about html etc.

You can't create a design without coding .You have to learn javascript,CSS and html coding .

Of course you can create a website without knowing any programming. Get a good joomla template again, and that's it. Or, as other posts mentioned, you can use the model and create a WordPress Blog. Updating and maintaining a blog is easy, and certainly requires no programming.
