OS 10048 emsg, "Only one usage of socket..., could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:8
Dear Forum Readers:
Am still transferring PHP files from website to Apache server configuration. Still has emsg OS 10048, "Only one usage of socket address (protocol/network/address/port) is normally permitted. make_sock could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80. No listening sockets available Shutting down.... Unable to open logs. Note the errors/ messages above...."
Have already found and deleted running program, "2.0.64...," deleted Apache directory, and reconfigured again which was using the 80 port. But now "netstat ao" shows zero programs using port 80. Can anyone suggest how to stop these emsgs?
