How often do you take back up of your site?

I think you should do it regularly. Rather at least every day.

I think once per week is fine for your important site! Maybe once every 2 weeks if the site is not really important to you!

Every week, I backup my site and there is one domain I handle. I work on it once a week though it isn’t needed.

Other than my offline copy? Databases are backed up every month or so, depending on how many changes have been done to the site.
