Warez

I dont know, if this topic is suitable here or not. Its just a question about Warez..
I want to start a warez forum but the point is, its illegal and many hosting providers dont allow full hosting, they only allow shared hosting and that result in shutting down the warez business.. .
so my question is, is there any hosting who do is OK with Warez ??
