Well, the reason for my asking is that my friend is looking for reliable dedicated server provider.
I decided to help him and think that some experts will point me a good direction.
He needs 320GB space, 2GB RAM, 2000GB data transfer, cPanel.
His budget is about $80 – 120.
Found Pinellashosting.com company.. How stable are they?
So, what company can you recommend me to deal with?

You can rely on pinellashosting.com cos it has nice reputation and offers a wide range of servers to choose from.. I have used several other hosts, but none offer the rock-solid operation that this host does.

As I see you should also look at Hostome.com dedi's which are really stable and fast. You will get affordable solutions with high available support.
