I have very good experience with Hostome.com for cheap web hosting plans they are very well known, you can even save more with yearly plans, and support is very good, help with almost everything, including setting up site properly, I never seen such good support anywhere else, most host support only hosting related issues, where Hostome.com try to help with as much they can.
