I do not think these giant hosts are really offering reliable service, because they sale more names than hosting. IMHO.
I would rather prefer something smaller but reliable. Such as serverpoint.com or maybe hostingsource.com which are known less wide, but are really reliable and customer friendly.

In large companies are usually not always good quality.
Many clients - lots of problems.
