I have no first hand experience of this company and must say i've not heard of them.
I know hostrail offers dedicated servers in Netherlands at reasonable rates.
Their servers are stable.

To my mind santrex.net is enough reasonable company to order servers of european location.

Another host to be aware is exmasters.com.

You can check ch-center.com dedicated servers. Great service, support is ALWAYS prompt and helpful. They even reply on weekends.
