Are VPS deals which happy-hosting has the most reliable in the IT market?

I know happy-hosting has a 20% discount on their services except dedicated servers. It's CUT20OFF.
They have changed few things in their VPS plans and now a customer may get free Cpanel or Plesk or DirectAdmin with every VPS.

I use hostgator and have not had any issues with them. I have used others like AmeriHosting and Apollo Hosting. I had all kinds of support issues.
