Does Proaxxs only offer Cash Back?

I have contacted Proaxxs.net web hosting provider to get to know some things about their dedicated servers and they were rapid with response.. they told me that they offered up to $100 Cash Back.

have you heard about this?

Are they reliable?

Can add my 2 cents that it is really attractive offer from Proaxxs.net web hosting provider... Moreover, it has nice reputation, offers good network uptime and has 24/7 support - contact them.
