Would you use services which have no live chat support?
As for me I prefer to use hosting with this kind of supporting because it's fast and helpful.
Say aseohosting has it active, for example.

I'd say that almost every host today have instant support and IF not than I'll avoid such services

If I have a choice between with and without chat support host, I shal definitely choose the one with it. As I know, after using webhostingbuzz.com this way of support is really useful means of help.

I use a hosting service that does not have live chat, however I can send them an email and they have a quick response time for less important things, if I need them quick I pick up the phone and speak to them in person.

Private NameServer for each domain with different Class C IP - that sounds very attractive for me.

Hosting with the live chat is a great thing.
But I had the opportunity to use hosting that has a rated live chat, but the service is still unavailable.
True, I had not big problems with support, but non-stop chat is incomparably quicker and more practical support (if it works) ...
