Default the variety of OSs

CentOS/Fedora/Debian/Other are offered by happy-hosting company on their VPS accounts, which one is better to use and why?
Any ideas?

I have used CentOS, it's easy-to-use.
Happy-hosting has offered them all their clients to be able to choose the best one for themselves.

These are not OS option, but the builds of Linux. The vast variety is ogive at santrex.net which offers these (and even more) options for linux, FreeBSD, Unix and windows OS.

Fedora is a good one too.
I see that happy-hosting offers so many OSs to make their services more convenient for their users.
