Default VPS deals - which company is better to use it from - happy-hosting or hostcat?

So that's my question.
Which company is the best for using a VPS account from - happy-hosting or hostcat?
What do you think about that?

Neither of them appear to be really worth of getting service from because of not seeming to have all the necessary and recomended qualities.

I would recommend VPS hosting from such company as pinellashosting.com which is offering possibly the cheapest reliable managed VPS solutions today.

I may recommend VPS/Dedicated specialists hostv.com - these guys are offering really what I can a full-fledged VPS solution which costs the reasonable price for the service of their class.

It happened so that Hostcat VPS hosting deals impressed me more than the second one mentioned company.
Personally I prefer to focus on something much more important, reliable web hosting and great customer service.

If you ask me, I would better deal with time-tested and trusted brands in the hosting industry like Serverpoint.com, Hostingsource.com and VPSland.com - their VPS look much better and the price for them is reasonable taking into account professionally high level of the services they provide.

Would agree about pinellashosting.com. Their offers are really the most attractive among the all suggested.

Happy-hosting is more preferable as they have provided stable and secure services which are not pricey. Their servers are full of useful resources which are on-demanded by the web masters.

If you ask me, happy-hosting is the only company I'd use.
Their plans are really resourceful and the range of their hosting services is wide.
Linux and Windows scripts are supported by them.

Both are unknown to me, I have never heard about those two hosting service providers. You should opt for a company which is well established and offers not only the VPS but also the advanced forms as well. You never know when your website would require more resources.

Out of these two I have heard only of happyhosting .But I would suggest you to do more research before you take a final decision .
