Willing to have a decent maneged services from stable company and was attracted to the deals of hostv.com, which is specialized in delivering managed services at VPS and dedicated, so I need to know how reasonable are their offers and how quality are their service...

Don't focus your attention on one company as I assume that it will be reasonable to check more options as well. I think that there is a sense in comparison their offers with Glowhost fully managed dedicated servers.
Think that you will find the best place for your needs.

How much research have you done on this company? I recommend you take a look for reviews on web hosting talk forum as most of them are real.

I do not think this company is the best you can find. For comparison g take a look at the deals of pinellashosting.com, and see how much cheaper quality managed services could be.

Thanks everyone. Was attracted to the last suggestion pinellashosting which appears to offer the same ny almost twice cheaper. Currently thinking of choosing them. Thanks Maldinistar.
