This is non-sense! Where any hosting provider is supposed to host websites. It could be a clustered infrastructure, but it is based on servers anyway. At the same time you can not decide whether any give provider is good or not by checking if they "have dedicated servers" if the company is a Shred Hosting provider and do not have dedicated hosting offerings.
