Exmasters.com offers a lot of dedis (metered and unmetered) and it's difficult for to choose which one is better to start from.
Can you help me?

Being in your place I'd start from metered dedicated server from exmasters company, you will get full MBps port and that means much.
Pricing is reasonable taking into consideration the amount of resources they offer.
