There are web hosts that provide "unlimited" / "unlimited" fro less than $2/month and from my point of view this is pure scam! It is your responsibility to compare some web hosts and to get decent service. The "cheap" not good way to go.

Ain't the cheapest hosting the free hosting? If not, I know quite some $1 per year hosting businesses. But I simply don't how much better it can be over free hosting services.
