Is Miva Merchant Support a standard feature?
Webhostgiant.com has it in their plans and I'd like to know more of this option.

It is not standard feature and not so many companies offer it. I would like to say that it is well done by webhostgiant.com team. Besides, I was impressed by their resourceful web hosting plans which are offered at a very low price. It would be a good place to order hosting plans without any doubt.
