Are these features often used by the web masters?

I think, If you look up another deals, say, form serverpoint.com you would see the same features included, what may mean they are necessasry for getting a dedicated account.

Hostingsource.com provides time-tested services and their optional features are significant for running dedicated servers.
They are offered by the other companies too.

Dedicated servers which hostingsource.com provides are resourceful and they offer some extras for their clients conveniences IMHO.
Do they provide only unmanaged dedis?

Hostingsource.com has provided only unmanaged dedicated servers but if you have any issues you may use their managed services which they offer separately.
Prices are not high on it.
