Best place to purchase servers?

Where is the best place to purchase servers? I'm not interested to go to HP, IBM, Dell, SuperMicro etc. to buy them as they are usually more expensive.

However, I need to have the flexibility to purchase the same specs all the time, not some random sale servers.

Guys, did the OP ask about dedicated servers? He asked about the servers as the pieces of equipment, but not about hosting accounts!

if you are asking about dedicated servers, than I suppose currently 7host.com (windows only) offerig very profitable discounts making themselves preferrable.
