What do you think of them?

CPU limits are alway depend on how many users are hosted on the same server. So ask the host if they can provide this information

For having higher performance you might need a resourceful shared plan like is offered by routhost.com - 500gb/5000gb (space/bandwidth) for affordable price. take a look.

Think if the OP contact innohosting.com service, he will get the answers his\her questions.
As I know they are reasonable by the price and conditions correlation and their support is friendly any time you contact them.
