What do you think about this colocation offers and the company itself?

While I was searching in Google for colocation I have found that hqhost.net started to offer New Jersey colocation services - the thing is that my server location is very close to it.

Quote:

• 1U server - $65/ month
• 42U Full Rack with 20Am/110V + 500 Mbps bandwidth - $3500 / month
• 42U Full Rack with 20Am/110V + Fixed Rate 1000 Mbps bandwidth - $6000 / month
• 42U Full Rack with 30Am/110V + 10 Mbs bandwidth - $990 / month

Is the price reasonable? Any comments?

In my opinion, hqhost.net is trustworthy hosting provider and I wanna consider its stable work since 2001. It is US-based hosting provider.
As it turned out it offers pretty good colocation servers. But I wonder why are you going to buy such huge configuration? Are you going to host a web site like YouTube?
