I wanna know what is Bad Neighborhood on web hosting? Is it the term we should take care off?

In shared hosting, more than one website get hosted on the same server along with your website. A group of websites which shares common hosting, it may possible that one website get banned by search engine due to spamming activities. In this case, that website would be considered as bad neighborhood for your website.
