Do you very often use forum support from a web hsoting company? I mean some companies (Ahosting.biz) provide forum support for their clients. How effective is this kind of support?
Though often hosts warn that their forums are not an official way of support, still I have seen many companies successfully settling down pre-sales question via forums, say Solidhost.com forums.solidhost.com/showthread.php?t=457
