I am building a website that would host videos,audios and ebooks of very large file sizes, please where can i get a host that can offer large hosting space enough to host numerous videos,audios and ebooks.

You should look for disk space only, bandwidth and CPU are extremely important factors on the sites like this, so even if you get a shared plan with video and audio streaming feature enabled like the one from Serverpoint.com
you may need CPU resources to implement your ideas, so make sure you will learn the host's TOS.

I think you need the company that provide FFMpeg in their plans and audio and video services need much CPU, RAM.
I can suggest you HostV.com as this company provides double RAM and disk space on their dedis and there is FFMpeg module too.

Video website needs big disk space and enough bandwidth, VPS or cloud web hosting are good choice as far as i know. I just got few small websites, so i don't know much about VPS and Cloud Hosting, maybe you should google them.
