I know that every forum has its own signature policy.Do we get links from all those threads that have been written before signatures?

Actually you won't. But if you've added a signature first then added a signature link afterwards, then those would change.

The above reply is correct, you don't get backlinks from forum posts themselves because the text doesn't include and links which are banned from forums. The backlink comes purely from your signature link.

Your signature links seem to be clickable now and work fine but I can't see if they have been optimised for any keywords. If you want to know what an optimised link looks like then by all means send me a pm and I will reply with how I do mine below,

It varies from forum to forum. Some forum update signature links in old posts as well so next time when Google indexes or reads them you can get link juice.
