Your signature can not be longer than 1 characters including BBCode markup.
I tried to put a link, then I thought maybe links are not allowed? Then I tried to put just simple text and even that gave the same error. Please rectify this.
Try it again. It should be working, you just have to wait a few hours after you have reached the minimum criteria for having a signature. The criteria is shown in the signature area all the time. So if it says you can't have a signature yet, then that means you can't have one. Once you can have a signature it will then tell you what you can and cannot have in your siganture.
I have checked your permissions and you now fit the correct criteria for a signature.

You either don't quite meet the signature criteria yet or you have, but you have to wait a few hours for your signature permissions to update.
I've set the signature like that so that all your existing posts will automatically be updated with your new signature. Other forums have not done anything like this meaning that your existing posts would not have your signature apart from your new posts.
I've just actually checked and you should know be able to have a signature.

i think people do not read the rules and start working on the forum that is the reason for so much of discrepancy.
