PM can't send?

I just come to notice that I can't send PM to any other members. I have received PM from administrator AffiliateSeeking and look for reply tab which I don't found. Then I check profile to send PM, there also no option.
Is it disabled? Please, allow it. Or it require some posting and reputation points requirement.

Sorry, I didn't think of that when I sent some of you PM's. I have it disabled for new members just incase some members register just to spam other members.

Anyway, you don't really have to reply to the PM now.

You can also have a signature and upload an avatar now.
