Computer & Software Help forums added.

Some of you are probably wondering why I've added this new forums into the miscellaneous section. The reasons behind this is because there is likely to be a few people here that have computer issues or may have bought software that they find difficult to install or need help with.

Problems could be things like:
You don't quite understand how to install your forums software
You have a problem installing a firefox plugin
You don't quite know the best ways to find out if your computer has a virus or not
You may need help to find a good antivirus software solution for your computer.
Etc...

Although many of you may not have any computer or software issues, there is always a risk that one day something may happen to your computer that you may not quite know how to fix. A problem like this could then delay you from doing your normal online site activities, I know it has done in the past for me even though I do know quite a bit about computers.

Yes such a thing is required and pretty useful and I think this should be kept out of the General section. Good work.
