How do I subscribe to specific forums or topics?

Hello friends kindly tell me How do I subscribe to specific forums or topics?

To subscribe in a threads (topics), kindly click the Thread Tools > and click "Subscribe to this Thread". Screenshot:

Then a page will load and simple click "Add Subscription" and you're good to go.

To subscribe in a forum, click "Forum Tools" > and click "Subscribe to this Forum". Screenshot:
