What do you use to bring more affiliate signups to your program?

Just wondering what methods you guys may use to bring more affiliate signups to your affiliate program including affiliates that bring you many sales each month?

If you are running a affiliate program and looking for more affiliates, you should offer them something new which is not yet offered by anyone. Need to promote your program in a proper way such as through newsletters, forums, affiliate networks. This could help you to increase affiliates.

I think the email marketing method is batter to use, but never use any auto software to send mass emails.
