Review the header

Recently I changed the header of my Asia Pacific site to give it a smart look along with traditional newspaper font. Please review the header and suggest if some more work is necessary or if the color is not soothing. Thanks all in advance.

Used font is really cool, but it is fuzzy. I would do it more clear.

I believe it is too stylish and not look too well. At once it is not even readable for general reader.

I would change the color. Somehow it doesn't blend in.

I really do not like ti so much try and make it more clearer.
