first of all it is slow a little bit.
Also i do not like this add banner at header((
as for design, it is nice, but quite standart. There are thousends of such websites. I think you should redesign it and make more individual.
I think that this website is favoirite place of many users, because today so many people are alone and can not find their boy or girl friend. And it is pity.
