Quite nice appearance, easy navigation, mild color palette, but still it's simple as for me. I may suggest to make more creative and complex header, for a start to change a font or so. Also I disliked that house in the header and absense of logo. So, my advice to modernize your webpage, especially, if your business related to luxury houses presenting

It really looks good, but you can add more categories in to your website, this will increase page impression of your website.

I would remove some of the default wordpress links on the right. Those do not relate to your mortgage topic and it screams template. Instead put more topical stuff on the right. fFnd a widget that displays updated mortgage rates. Other than that, looks good!

Also, you may want to submit your blog to a new BLOG DIRECTORY at topblogpages dot com. This directory will rank your blogs based on traffic and also its displays the latest posts from your blog for potential visitors. Suggestions for improvement would be great here, too!
