Default Please review my forum

Actually, I'm just a mod, not the admin, but I'd still like to hear your opinions. (Please be nice! )

CashBuddyCafe.com

It's mostly a forum about making money online, but there is a wide variety of other topics as well.

Thanks in advance for your advice!

First impression, ads don’t blend at all with the portal design and on top of that it took me a while to find the link to main forum. I guess it would be better if you guys could add a link to the top navigation bar. Also you have too many sections, due to this your forum looks empty and this is despite the fact you have 7,942 posts.

My suggestions, blend the ads, give users a clear cut navigation menu and reduce the number of forums by half or even less!

Site theme color are good. I suggest you don't place google adsense down the navigation menu. People just ignore it and you don't get any clicks on it. It's better to put it in the posts, Usually after first posts. Also blend it with colors of posts. That will increase revenue.
Ads are not properly placed in the footer on the first page. It's better to make same size ad in the same line with good space in between them. It has 4 ads with each two have same size. That can be put in two lines using division.

My very first impression when I got onto the page was that it seemed very cramped. Maybe it's just me but that puts me off websites, when everything seems squished onto the page. Is everything on those sidebars necessary do you think?

I like the coloring - it is peaceful and readable but I had a hard time with the site navigation.

There seem to be options all over - for example the calendar on the right hand side. I think this takes up your prime real estate and could be used more productivly for you. Anyone can find a calendar anyway.

good luck w/ the site

i dont like the ad arange, you get blend them much better. i would also recommend to give the visitors a better overview over the sites on the start page.
