It's simple site with nice design. You are using html coding. I can give you only few suggestions. It's better to put support forum as your site is for selling product, where you can provide support to members and also it's easy to get faqs for users. In the "contact.html" use email form. So, visitor can send you mail directly by filling form.

Nice clean site, but it need more content, more scripts. As the poster above said, a support forum will be better providing a platform for requesting new scripts.
