Well, I haven't understood much of the content, but the site itself doesn't look great for me, sorry, it took me long to see what's it all about
I would make the navigation more simple

Please reconsider the overall layout and color scheme. I appears too cluttered and the colors are not adding any additional harmony. You have a scrolling bar section on the right that scrolls automatically and you have flashing tables on the right side that can cause a visual confusion. Keep it simple and ad better images to your home page. Remember you want to brand yourself just right.
