quite a nice site. The Navigation bar should be more prominent. At the moment it looks like its unfinished or the bar hasnt loaded.

The Links at the side are a great idea.

the Arrows as well are a nice touch

The colours are great and the design looks cool.

The other blogs after a quick glance are nice looking as well.
