Hi,
I have this travel site and has so many html errors!
vietnamtourasia (dot) com
I am not the person who designed it so I do not know how to fix them!
Do you have any idea?
Will these errors affect a lot to the SEO work?

Nice header. I don't think you need the navigation at the top as you also have it on the side. Actually 3 of the links you also have at the bottom. Why confuse your navigation?
