I didn't care for your navigation way at at the top. I think you ought to have the globe for the header and then the navigation and then add a welcome paragraph. I think this layout would be more presentable. I think you need to optimize your page for web hosting and web design. It is pretty weak right now.

You also noticed the big globe, eh? Maybe you're right to put place it in another place like a header instead.

To tell you the truth I don't have a clue what you are trying to optimize for as far as keywords. You have no meta tags other than a title. title: PHILWEBSERVICES GLOBAL SOLUTIONS, INC. - Portal Home

PHILWEBSERVICES won't be read as a word. You have no description tag or keyword tag. Web design or web hosting doesn't even appear on the page.
Perhaps if you tell me what keywords you are trying to rank for I can give you more data to help. Let me know and good luck.

Thank you for your concern but I believe the website has a complete meta tags. Maybe you are looking on the other pages.

Oh i see, you are talking of the hosting page...what I meant was the homepage..www(dot)philwebservices(dot)com... I think i have to consult the on page people here regarding that..

Actually here is the original page for that www(.)philwebservices(.)com/hosting.html. The owner has made it a subdomain instead of a page only. Thank you really for noticing it.

Your site could use more content. And as mentioned by others, target keywords to try optimizing it.

your support page is not showing the frame which other pages are showing .At least shade it so that it does not look just a centralized material and looks like a frame.
