Please review my Technology Forum

I am planning to grow a good community around my newly launched technology forum - www-techcrunch-co-in.
I am not planning to monetize it anytime soon. Content, People and Traffic is more important.
Can you please give me some good ideas about how to grow a community around it?
Please also review the design and look and feel of the forum.

I just wanted to say that your forum has a great colour to it, sorry i can't give you any good ideas on how to grow a community around it not good at that kind of stuff, but must say that the feel of the forum is good and lots of topics in there,
It is stored in my favourites, lol atm i am in enough forums as it is.
Good luck for the future of your forum.

It looks like a good forum, Ive seen before on thescienceforum and I like it. But the one downfall is the domain name, techcrunch for pretty obvious reasons.

Just checked, your forum looks quite good. Having said that you might want to reduce the number of forums you currently have, since there is little or no content in them and it makes your forum look inactive.

. That one is kinda exclusive to Indian techies to talk on various things. Need more Indians to join.

Looking nice. You know I planned to use that theme on one of my forums, but later chose another one. Good theme btw.

That PHPBB theme looks really nice but the forum is all empty.There are only 2 registered members.I think you should make those forums sub-forums.And when the posting increases make them Main forums.Add some freebies in your site and give some free services like Stumbleupon submissions,etc.

StumbleUpon submissions are a great idea. I will do it soon.

your forum looks are good but its empty thats the draw back you need to promote it through proper chanels. Make forum posts, signatures, try some viral traffic then your forum will definetly take a good flight but the number of sub forums in it are many and that they are empty, try some paid posting services.
