Hello all please review clickex.info .It is a click exchange forum for Share-a-pic and Share-a-flick users.It also has paid offers where you can get paid for doing certain things.
Please review it and tell me what it needs.

Your nav bars look a little too much...I think you should play around with the colors also. Umm...I don't know where to begin, but I know it needs a little more work.

Hello,
Though colour scheme of your site is good but logo is not fine, it's too simple. I think that site have been designed keeping in mind that it should be WEB 2.0, without thinking whether it will look good or not.

Right, i would first off either change the background colour or the forum table background, in my opinion its to white.

Also the logo seems a little unprofessional so would reconsider changing that and incoroprating a image or few into it or something.

I think the live help and search function graphics in the forum topic looks abit in your face so i would probably remove them so the forum is even in sizes etc.

I like the top of each forum with the strip stating what the board is about though and i like the top nav

Generally, I like the uncluttered layout. But there are a few things I would change.
1. Automatically starting videos are a huge usability no-no. You will annoy a lot of people (myself included - it cut through the music I was listening to), and therefore lose surfes.
2. The logo is cool but it doesn't stand out - it might be better against a lighter background so you could maybe have a gradient in your header going from lighter behind the logo to the grey at the right side if you wanted to keep it.
3. For me there is too much wasted space in the header to the right of the logo. Need some "call-to-actions" there I think
