I have built a webmaster resource list but i want to make it better with more resources if you have any suggestions or tools you want added please mention it here.

Great idea. A resource like this can really help out the beginner.

I would add blogcatalog.com and technorati sites to the blog list you have got there. Also, maybe you can include the list of social networks.

Your site is okay, but i don't like black and red combination,you must go for some decent colors,otherwise the choice is your.

Agree with bestone, you must use some other combination that makes your website eye catchy

Site is good but very simple. solves the purpose but no long lasting effect.

You need a better header. The site looks pretty bland. You could use another color or two. Just red and black doesn't look good to me.
